Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) Cell

1. Establishment:
 The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) Cell was established in the institution in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act. The committee aims to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all women employees and students. The ICC works to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace and to address complaints in a fair and confidential manner. The committee also conducts awareness programs to educate students and staff about their rights and responsibilities.

2. Coordinator / Presiding Officer Details:
 The ICC Cell is headed by a Shambhavi  singh S(Coordinator) who is a  female faculty member of the institution.

3. Aims:

• To provide a safe and supportive environment for women in the institution.
• To prevent sexual harassment and gender discrimination on campus.
• To create awareness about women’s rights and dignity at the workplace.

4. Objectives:

• To receive and address complaints related to sexual harassment.
• To conduct inquiry in a confidential and impartial manner.
• To promote gender equality and respect among students and staff.
• To organize awareness programs, workshops, and seminars on prevention of sexual harassment.
• To ensure implementation of policies for the safety and dignity of women.
