Grievance Readressal Cell

Establishment

The Grievance Redressal Cell was established in the year 2022 to address and resolve the concerns and complaints of students and staff in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner. The Cell ensures that every individual in the institution has access to a proper platform to voice their grievances without fear or hesitation.

Coordinator Details

The Grievance Redressal Cell functions under the supervision of Ms Nazima Parveen , who serves as the Urdu faculty. The coordinator  along with Principal, examines complaints carefully, conducts inquiries when necessary, and ensures impartial resolution in accordance with institutional rules and regulations.

Aims of the Grievance Redressal Cell

  1. To provide a structured mechanism for addressing complaints.
  2. To ensure justice, equality, and fairness within the institution.
  3. To maintain discipline and a healthy academic environment.
  4. To protect the rights and dignity of students and staff.
  5. To promote transparency and accountability in institutional functioning.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell

  1. To receive and review complaints related to academic, administrative, or personal issues within the campus.
  2. To conduct fair investigations and recommend suitable solutions.
  3. To ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  4. To create awareness among students about their rights and responsibilities.
  5. To resolve grievances promptly and effectively to maintain harmony within the institution.
