Objectives:
The primary objective of the Placement & Career Guidance Program was to educate students about emerging career opportunities, equip them with practical insights for placements, and guide them in planning a structured and goal-oriented professional journey.

- Welcome Address:
The session began with a warm welcome by the Placement Officer, who emphasized the importance of early career planning and how such interactions bridge the gap between academics and industry. - He discussed current trends in the tech industry, particularly the growing importance of AI, Higher studies , and systems design
- Practical tips were given on how to build a strong resume, prepare for technical interviews, and develop industry-relevant skills.
- He encouraged students to engage in internships, certifications, and live projects to stay competitive.
Honouring Mr. Prashanth Srinivas Sir

- Representing IND4 IAS, Mr. Srinivas provided insights into the academic and strategic aspects of career planning.
- He spoke about the significance of civil services and competitive exams as career options.
- The importance of time management, consistent preparation, and structured coaching was stressed.
- He also introduced the programs offered by IND4 IAS to support aspirants.
Student Interaction:
The session concluded with an open Q&A round, where students eagerly asked questions regarding:
- Balancing placements with exam preparations
- Choosing between corporate jobs and government services
- Tips for soft skill development and public speaking.and
