Cultural Forum
Establishment
The Cultural Forum of the college was established in the year 2022 with the objective of promoting creativity, talent, and cultural awareness among students. Since its inception, the forum has played an active role in organizing various cultural events and fostering unity through artistic expression.
Coordinator Details
The Cultural Forum is currently coordinated by Ms Sufiya Anjum HoD of BA & Ms. Nazima Parveen from Urdu Dept. The coordinator guides and supervises all cultural activities, ensures proper planning and execution of events, and motivates students to actively participate in iinter-class competition. Under the leadership of the coordinator, the forum has successfully conducted annual Fresher’s day, National Celebrations, Talent-based programs and Graduation Day.
Aims of the Cultural Forum
- To promote cultural awareness and appreciation among students.
- To provide a platform for students to showcase their talents in music, dance, drama, art, and literature.
- To encourage creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
- To preserve and promote traditional and regional cultural values.
- To develop leadership and organizational skills among students.
Objectives of the Cultural Forum
- To organize cultural events such as annual day celebrations, festivals, competitions, and talent shows.
- To encourage participation in inter-collegiate and university-level cultural activities.
- To celebrate national festivals and important days with enthusiasm and respect.
- To create an inclusive environment where students from diverse backgrounds can express themselves freely.
- To nurture confidence, communication skills, and stage presence among students.
